Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at OneB Solutions Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction.
