About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Detailer to join our team at Reale Born Inc. as an Engineering Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, and supervising other drafting personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting
    • Develop and prepare design sketches and engineering designs
    • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
    • Prepare contracts and tenders
  • Technical Expertise
    • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
    • Consult with client, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements
  • Leadership and Training
    • Supervise and train new drafting personnel
    • Lead and instruct groups
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) and AutoCAD
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
