Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our members through a variety of exercise classes. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering motivational instruction, helping members achieve their fitness goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy group fitness classes that engage and motivate members
  • Help members set and achieve their fitness goals through personalized guidance and support
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Track class attendance and participation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques
Requirements
  • Valid CPR/AED certification
  • Nationally accredited group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes to clients of all levels
