About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Youth for Christ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our staff and operations, ensuring the effective implementation of our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring the successful execution of our programs and services.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
  • Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with our stakeholders, including churches, community leaders, and supporters.
  • Fundraising and Partner Development: Develop and maintain a network of ministry partners, securing funding and resources to support our programs and services.
  • Participation in Retreats and Conferences: Participate in national and regional conferences, retreats, and other initiatives to stay informed and connected with our network.
  • Personal Development: Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or ministry setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, ministry, or education.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong Christian faith, commitment to the mission and values of Youth for Christ, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
