  • Collaborate with product subject matter experts, Treasury, and Risk Management to create a strategic analytics platform that addresses funding and financing requirements.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and act as the subject matter expert for the analytics platform.
  • Champion the platform's analytics and user experience, ensuring it meets the needs of end-users.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of trades and products, assessing their impact on funding positions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of data from source systems to the target solution.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases for both developers and end-users.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Create business and technical documentation for implementation by development teams in various locations.
  • Lead business analysis efforts to address cross-regional requirements.
  • Oversee and execute testing procedures, ensuring all defects are logged and addressed.
  • Adhere to established testing standards and processes.
  • Provide expert testing knowledge to projects requiring quality assurance.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and across global business units.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.

  • Lead discussions with business users to identify optimal solutions for business challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project managers.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets.
  • Knowledge of derivatives and cross-asset products.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Understanding of liquidity and collateral management.
  • Experience with SQL or other database technologies.
  • Familiarity with JSON.
  • Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of liquidity and collateral regulations.
  • Understanding of funding and cash management processes.
  • Experience with trading platforms, both in-house and vendor systems.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages.
  • Experience with XML.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
