Job Title: Head of Frames and Store Proposition

Location: This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site at our Burnaby office and 2 days remote per week.

Salary: $145,000-165,000

Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience. We also offer a quarterly variable compensation package (bonus) + benefits.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in multi-site Retail Product roles.
  • Customer focused and highly organized: genuinely enjoys engaging with different interlocutors at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capacity to determine priorities, meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing demands and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as a member of a team. Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to prepare and present reports and documentation of high quality and integrity and the capacity to deal with a wide range of clients and staff.
  • Demonstrated capacity to exercise sound judgment, initiative, diplomacy, tact and discretion and proven ability to handle information and materials in a confidential and appropriate manner.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong professional relationships with local and global teams, internal and external.
