About the Role

Mikes Warehouse Supplies Ltd is seeking a skilled Pallet Rack Installer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our warehouse storage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality and efficient storage solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery, such as forklifts and scaffolding equipment.
  • Work at heights, using fall protection equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity targets.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Working at heights training, First Aid Certificate, and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
