Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members towards becoming a lead on development of industrial projects.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality drawing deliverables, including layout drawings, plans, sections, and details for structural steel and concrete.
  • Apply knowledge of industrial civil/structural drawing delivery and industry standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Utilize AutoDesk or Microstation programs in 2D and 3D delivery to create accurate and detailed designs.
  • Develop proficiency in 3D structural modelling and laser scan point cloud file manipulation to enhance project outcomes.
  • In-plant work experience is a valuable asset, but not a requirement.
Qualifications - Education, Skills & Experience:
  • Diploma from a recognized technology program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-15 years of demonstrated experience executing EPCM / industrial plant projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering fit-for-purpose approaches and designs for clients, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication, multitasking, prioritization, meeting deadlines, organization, customer service, teamwork, and collaboration.
