Key Responsibilities- Estimate Labour and Material Costs: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects, taking into account various factors such as site conditions, weather, and material availability.
- Prepare Pre-Qualification Submissions: Develop and submit pre-qualification submissions to present to clients, highlighting our company's capabilities and expertise.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure that our estimates accurately reflect the scope of work.
- Advise on Tendering Procedures: Provide guidance and advice to clients on tendering procedures, ensuring that they are well-informed and prepared to make informed decisions.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
