Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve operational goals, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Coordinate the dispatch of personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
