Job Title: Inside Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team at Varsteel Ltd. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and developing proposals to illustrate the benefits of our steel supply services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify client needs and resources, and develop proposals to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Resolve product and service-related problems, and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the steel distribution industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
