About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Andy's Masonry & Renovations Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Site Assistance: Provide support in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, working closely with our experienced masons and carpenters.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions and potential exposure to hazardous materials.
