Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
