Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Les restaurants Mcdonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, dependability, accurate, excellent written communication, and reliability.
