Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, shredding, updating pricing, merchandising, and creating spreadsheets and reports.
- Work closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Count cash, manage opening and closing floats, operate the POS system, and balance daily sales.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
- AGLC ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift kegs and packaged product.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests, vendors, and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
