We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Watson Motor Inn INC. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around food preparation and kitchen management.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
- Prepare and cook a range of meals, including both complete dishes and individual items.
- Ensure that meals are safe for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
