Job Summary

Cfair Composites is a leading manufacturer of fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) products, with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Winnipeg, MB (Canada), St. Cloud, MN (USA), or Anniston, AL (USA), Wausaukee, WI (USA), and Gillett, WI (USA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut materials such as fiberglass mat, foam, and balsa according to department requirements.
  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment, including table saws, band saws, and CNC machines, as well as manual hand tools.
  • Read blueprints and finish parts to specifications.
  • Use air and power tools for cutting, trimming, drilling, routing, sanding, and grinding.
  • Ensure materials are set up for daily production requirements.
  • Load and unload material, store and manage inventory, and maintain quality standards.
  • Support Lean and 5s initiatives.
  • Perform daily maintenance of assigned department tools and equipment.
  • Document non-conformities on a Corrective & Preventative Action report (CAPAR).
Requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant measuring and testing equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to operate a lift truck, Dolly, and/or Pallet Jack.
