Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen items, including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
  • Ensure dining areas are tidy by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Stock and organize refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Utilize manual and electrical kitchen appliances for food preparation tasks.
  • Keep the kitchen clean by sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Receive and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure proper functionality.
