About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Video Production to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality video content that supports our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for video productions.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of video production staff, including camera operators, editors, and sound technicians.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative video content that meets the needs of our organization.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all video productions meet the highest standards of quality, including sound, image, and editing.

Requirements
