Golf Canada is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Coordinator, Marketing & Communications – First Tee Canada to elevate the profile of First Tee Canada through impactful national marketing and communication efforts.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Brand and Marketing with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing, you will play a vital role in developing and executing a holistic marketing and communications strategy that supports First Tee Canada's programming and fundraising initiatives.

Your Impact

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for First Tee Canada, aligning with Golf Canada's national brand objectives.
  • Creating compelling content across various platforms (social media, website, email) that highlights the impact of First Tee Canada programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute successful fundraising campaigns and community outreach strategies.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, sponsors, and program participants.
Your Expertise

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A passion for youth development and a commitment to Golf Canada's mission.
