CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing invoices, and analyzing credit information.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage client accounts, including entering information into auxiliary systems
- Document and track receivables, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, as well as track and follow up on payments
- Conduct a thorough analysis of client credit information to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Collaborate with project managers to produce reports and provide data-driven insights
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Knowledge of the construction industry (asset)
- Experience with credit analysis (asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
