About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Tridon Communications. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for testing, installing, programming, and repairing wireless and electronic communication equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and repair work on electronic and wireless communication equipment
  • Install and program radio and communications-related equipment on light and heavy-duty vehicles
  • Work with conventional, trunking, and P25 systems in industrial environments
  • Collaborate with customers to build custom solutions for their communication needs

Requirements:

  • 2-year diploma in electronics engineering technology or related field OR 4-year bachelor's degree in electronics combined with related work experience
  • Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record within the last 5 years
  • Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing on a regular and frequent basis for access to site
