Senior Manager, Credit Advisory Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Credit Advisory Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Commercial Account Managers in the credit renewal process and adjudication of credit origination.
Key Responsibilities- Support Commercial Account Managers in the credit process, ensuring timely and accurate credit renewals and adjudications.
- Lead and coach a team of credit analysts to enhance credit quality and client experience.
- Focus on sound Risk Management, process efficiency, and process alignment for credit renewals and adjudications.
- Accountable for credit renewals, including increases at renewal, reviewing and establishing the client's risk rating, and ensuring credit structures.
- Adjudicate transaction requests within Delegated Lending Authorities using sound judgment and a balanced approach to growth and portfolio quality.
- Deep expertise in Commercial lending guidelines and policies.
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly interact with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada.
- Solid knowledge of commercial credit analysis and adjudication.
- Professional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- University degree.
