Job Summary:

Rosecrest Communities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. As an LPN at Rosecrest, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the Rosecrest team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Nova Scotia.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Proof of Vaccination (Covid-19).
