About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 1132151 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our hospitality staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen inventory.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items, ensuring they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Supply Management: Restock guest rooms with essentials, such as toiletries and towels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude.
