About the Role

CWB Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Collateral Securities Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our equipment financing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation, registration, and maintenance of collateral securities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide equipment financing collateral securities support to an assigned branch network portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation.
  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of processes that lead to consistent and predictable daily credit support outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian Western Bank's legal, regulatory, business policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in projects that impact functional areas or specific departments, adhering to standard project governance practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years credit support experience with a solid understanding of collateral securities.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, regulations, documentation, compliance issues, collateral securities, and audit requirements.
  • Technologically proficient in Banking Systems, Loan Origination Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Forms.
