Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for track infrastructure maintenance and inspection.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of track maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of track infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections of track infrastructure to identify and address any issues or defects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the long-term integrity of track infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of track maintenance with other railway operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to track maintenance teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six years of experience in track maintenance and inspection, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of track maintenance standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
