Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for track infrastructure maintenance and inspection.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of track maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of track infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of track infrastructure to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the long-term integrity of track infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of track maintenance with other railway operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to track maintenance teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Minimum of six years of experience in track maintenance and inspection, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of track maintenance standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
