Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
  • Coding of invoices, utilizing appropriate GL codes.

  • Analyze vendor prepayments, reallocating to prepaid accounts.
  • Perform weekly cheque runs and wire transfers, ensuring authorized purchases are paid on time.
  • Collaborate with various departments to perform accounting audits and provide audit support.
Requirements:
  • Postsecondary education in Business or Accounting, or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Team-oriented and self-directed, with a commitment to quality, safety, and communication.
