Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure BDO's marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions
