Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Bz Maintenance Services LTD.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Bondable
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Driver's validity licence check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Medical exam
  • Eligible for professional liability insurance
  • Valid driver's licence
Work Environment:

The Janitorial Services Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
