Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the condition of the vehicle is always in good working order, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Pre-Trip, En Route, and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform thorough inspections to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Safety Regulations: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including driver's validity license check and medical exam.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a valid Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks), Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles), and Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including driver logbook.
