A&W is on the lookout for an early riser for a morning kitchen specialist role who can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a bustling environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the day's momentum. We seek someone who is organized and adept at planning. They will ensure that the kitchen is fully prepared and ready to serve our time-sensitive guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing menu items according to A&W standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and storage spaces
  • Collaborating with fellow cooks to prepare for subsequent shifts as necessary
  • Monitoring the freshness of products and rotating stock (first in, first out)
  • Adhering to all food safety protocols
  • Filtering fryers
  • Ensuring adequate preparation for the day
  • Exhibiting self-motivation
  • Receiving and organizing stock
