About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at EVVG Auto Services Ltd. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in the repair and maintenance of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial transport truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify faults and malfunctions in mechanical units, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company standards, and perform quality control checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Workshop setting with regular exposure to mechanical equipment and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
