Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Network Support Technician to join our team at Meta Connections Inc.. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems and providing exceptional support to our users.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
  • Deliver problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Conduct routine network startups and shutdowns while maintaining control records.
  • Execute data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Establish local area networks and internet connections.
  • Modify web pages, applets, and scripts as needed.
  • Address inquiries from website visitors and designers.
  • Oversee web server backup and recovery tasks.
  • Supervise a small technical team (1 to 2 individuals).
