About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture and Design: Develop and implement next-generation data and analytics architectures, including the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other D&A components.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the data and analytics team, ensuring the successful implementation of data and analytics projects.
  • Data Governance and Quality: Advise on optimizing information architecture, metadata, reference, and master data modeling, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business and IM/IT teams to implement data and analytics architectures and components, driving business value and growth.
  • Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: Provide expertise in identifying project risks, issues, challenges, and lessons learned from previous data and analytics projects, and develop training for delivery to other employees.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience within the last fifteen years in designing and implementing data architectures, data modeling, and data analysis and profiling working on IM/IT projects.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum of one year's experience within the last five years in designing and implementing data architectures, data modeling, and data analysis and profiling, data pipelines (ETL) in a Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
  • Education: Holds a post-secondary diploma/degree in the field of computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, commerce, or IT.
  • Certifications: Holds Microsoft certifications from the following product categories (valid and with proof): Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, SQL Server.
