Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor of Cleaning Operations to join our team at Commercial Building Cleaning. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
    • Coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities and Ensure Safety and Cleanliness Standards
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or safety.
  • Recommend and Arrange for Additional Services
    • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations to ensure that the facility remains in good condition.
    • Arrange for these services to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties
    • Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff as needed.
    • Assist with tasks such as cleaning and maintenance as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role
