About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Client Information Management team in Aon's Health Solutions practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contract, amendments, and financial agreements as part of plan changes and new client onboarding;
  • Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in Aon's proprietary client information platform;
  • Review, audit, and maintain client plan information;
  • Create, compare, and review plan summaries working with client teams;
  • Create and review plan prevalence benchmarking reports;
  • Assist with ad-hoc client service questions, work with carriers and other business units to resolve and support clients;
  • Draft reports and correspondence;
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams with colleagues, clients, client teams, and carriers;
  • Identify ways to improve standardized processes to add value to client deliverables;
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the group benefits industry, systems, products, trends, and emerging technology.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in group insurance;
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, collaboration, detail-oriented;
  • Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills;
  • Highly motivated, accountable, customer service, and team-oriented individual;
  • Self-starter with curiosity and interest in continually learning and challenging themselves to think outside the box;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously;
  • Works well as part of a team and ability to self-manage;
  • Ability to discover, ask key questions, and seek guidance where appropriate.
