Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Caregiver to join our Private Household team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, as well as providing exceptional care and support to our family.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Organization and Administration: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with our family and other household staff members, work collaboratively to achieve common goals, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Housekeeping room attendant certification.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
