Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research.
Requirements
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
  • Knowledge of Cerner information systems.
  • General Hospital Residency Certificate or 3 years' experience in a hospital with clinical pharmacist responsibilities.
