Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and manage construction materials.
  • Construct and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and distribute materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist the medical examiner on-site.
  • Level earth to meet precise grade specifications.
  • Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
  • Clear rubble and debris from construction areas.
  • Manage traffic flow at or near construction zones.
Certifications Required
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification
  • Traffic Control Signage (TWS) Certification
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with Bobcats, concrete vibrators, and screeds.
  • Familiarity with reciprocating saws, circular saws, and concrete saws.
  • Ability to operate grinding machines, chippers, air guns, drills, and trampers.
  • Experience with small front-end loaders, chain saws, compactors, forklifts, and sledgehammers.
