Position Overview:

The Project Manager for Enterprise Agility and Strategic Enablement will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing initiatives that align with our corporate vision. This position involves collaborating with various business leaders to ensure that strategic programs are effectively managed and resources are allocated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated project team, clearly communicating the project objectives and guiding team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Initiative Owner to maintain project health, including risk management and administrative tasks.
  • Support the deployment and optimal use of project resources through delegated activities.
  • Develop comprehensive project and workstream plans, ensuring all tasks are organized and resourced appropriately.
  • Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Consolidate and communicate information to key stakeholders effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Plan for quarterly targets and update project plans to reflect actual progress.
  • Engage regularly with workstream leads to track milestones.
  • Facilitate information gathering and stakeholder consultations to define project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress across various workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Prepare project review reports and presentations to support stakeholder evaluations.
  • Implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage research and workshops to clarify project deliverables.
  • Provide necessary documentation and training for smooth transitions to regular operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Plan and adjust timelines for product releases to maximize benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling and budget management.
  • Familiarity with the Agile Framework.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a project management office or similar environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools and applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
