Pharmacy Assistant Opportunity at Lawtons

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Lawtons in Corner Brook, NL. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prescription assembly and data entry
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Promote PROfile programs and compounding services
  • Assist with pill pack assembly, filing prescriptions, and ordering supplies
  • Manage drug orders, receive deliveries, and schedule professional clinical services
  • Perform administrative duties, including cycle counts, narcotic counts, and return to stocks
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Assistant diploma from a recognized Canadian College
  • 1 year of experience as a pharmacy assistant
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
