We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and drive innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building a world-class engineering organization, creating breakthrough R&D, and fostering a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a culture of engineering excellence and agency, empowering the engineering team to deliver their best work.
  • Establish a talent-dense engineering organization, recruiting a team of world-class engineers and developing processes for hiring, onboarding, and retention.
  • Own the timeline and delivery of projects, setting expectations for a solid cadence and high level of quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams in manager and/or director-level roles.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer building consumer or B2B products, with the ability to jump in and code where needed.
  • Experience setting and hitting a high quality and reliability bar for the engineering team.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest AI engineering practices and research.
  • Experience with AI/ML/Data Science, Python, Javascript, NextJS, and Node.js.
