Position Overview

As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor at VANGIE'S CLEANING SERVICES LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations to ensure a safe and pristine environment. Your leadership will guide a team of dedicated cleaning professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning personnel in executing their duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 cleaning staff.
