We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team at KS Nurseries Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant growth and health.
  • Estimate labour and materials required for projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to supervise 5-10 people.
