We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Materials Handler at our recycling plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities- Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment, ensuring efficient and safe movement of materials.
- Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, odours, and noise levels.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour and lift heavy objects.
