Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
    • Help to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    • Support the culinary team in expediting food orders and ensuring timely service
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized
    • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Assist in receiving and storing supplies and ingredients
    • Help to maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
