Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Memory & Company.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany patients on outdoor activities, promoting physical and mental well-being.
- Provide personalized care and comfort to patients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supervise patients' exercise routines, promoting mobility and independence.
- Prepare and serve meal trays, ensuring patients receive nutritious food.
- Maintain patients' rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in patient care.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
