Vos missions incluront...
Assurer la confidentialité des patients, maintenir l'intégrité des dossiers et respecter toutes les pratiques légales concernant la confidentialité, tout en mettant à jour les profils médicamenteux des clients. Diriger une équipe de pharmaciens et d'assistants en pharmacie, y compris le recrutement, la fidélisation et la motivation des employés, la planification des horaires via le système de gestion des horaires, l'évaluation des performances, ainsi que la formation et le mentorat. Participer aux réunions de gestion hebdomadaires. Analyser et interpréter les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels du système de distribution de la pharmacie, tout en gérant les résultats financiers, les réclamations, les pertes et les niveaux de stock. Traiter les prescriptions ou les demandes de renouvellement provenant des clients, des médecins et des établissements de santé, en veillant à ce que toutes les ordonnances soient exécutées de manière efficace, précise et sécurisée. Gérer les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes, tout en fournissant des informations sur l'administration, l'utilisation et les effets secondaires des médicaments. Éliminer les médicaments conformément aux obligations légales et professionnelles, et garantir un stockage adéquat des produits pharmaceutiques. Utiliser les systèmes informatiques de la pharmacie, les équipements de caisse et d'autres outils assignés, tout en protégeant les actifs de l'entreprise. Superviser le flux de travail des assistants en pharmacie.
