Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated 310S Licensed Fleet Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Fleet Manager and Shop Manager, playing a crucial part in maintaining our fleet's operational safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and ensure vehicle safety through preventive maintenance, adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
  • Utilize inventory parts to perform repairs promptly and effectively.
  • Service vehicles in line with established corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete necessary documentation as required, including driver-initiated repair logs and preventive maintenance service logs.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid 310S or 310S/T license or equivalent apprentice credentials.
  • ODP certification with experience in air conditioning systems.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in light-duty diesel and gasoline repair.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A valid G-class driving license with a clean driving record.
  • A clear criminal background check.
